A few years ago, I realized I wasn’t getting any younger (who knew?) and got to work turning a lifelong dream into reality. When I was a kid my Dad put the vision in my head – to develop land that had been in the family since 1858 into a park and camping area. With a little money and a little knowledge, I dove into building a cabin cluster glampsite and creating infrastructure for things to come.

"We Left It Better Than We Found It"

The park has come a very long way since then, and after gaining hosting experience (Two time Airbnb Super Host and Guest Favorite in 2024!) things are ready to take off in 2025. Next will be more campsites by the creek and tree houses in the pines (because who doesn’t love treehouses?!) It’s been a long, strange, and wonderful trip so far, and I am amazed at how much I’ve learned. I want to share this knowledge with you, along with insights from other hosts and other experts in the field.

The GlampSite Joe space has been created to make things easier for kindred spirits. Welcome! And yes, my name is Joe, but this isn’t about me. It’s about you, and everyone else interested in making their glampsite vision a reality. Enjoy the journey!

Joseph was very responsive and the place was stocked with fire wood, grill, bottled water, and much more. I would recommend this listing to anyone, especially those who are looking for a camping feel without the tent. Plus, the location was close to Letchworth State Park. We are hoping to come back next summer!"
